STOLEN GARELLI MOPED
My red 1977 Garelli was stolen this afternoon outside of 701 Queen St. W. in downtown Toronto. It’s plate # is EA377. It’s go white Garelli saddlebags on it. If anyone sees it, please let me know. I will give a reward, no questions asked, I do not care. I WANT THIS BIKE BACK. Call 416 768 7267 or 416 54 7934 or email motormatic@gmail.com.

Sorry to hear that. Was the lock picked, or the chain cut?
My guess is, some one is doing a paint job as we speak. Are there any marks other than serial number, that you could use for ID purposes? Scratches, dents, and the like?

Well, Lindsay had probably the only two Garellis in all of Toronto and this one is missing it's muffler.
A paint job can't hide either of those things!
I've passed the pic on to my friends, we can always try.

I remember it had a little crack where the horn is bolted to the frame...

Thanks guys! I filally found it a that sketchy bike shop at Queen & Strachan. I had to wait for hours and deal with the police, BUT I got my moped back! Gotta admit though, I'm a little sad about those nice white saddlebags and their contents! Not to mention my license plate. BUT I have the bike back and that's the important thing!

Yeah, what kind of chain/cable did you have on there Lindsay? I was curious about that too?
One thing's for sure though, mopeds are so rare in Toronto at least it makes them easy to spot!
