Talk about this weather!

I brought the bike out today and rode around... it was great! I'll be doing it again tomorrow before the snow comes back on saturday (FROWN... but then again, it's freaking JANUARY - as a Canadian I really have no right to complain).

I saw a couple of guys on motorcycles today, but that was it! I know Freddie at least has been bringing out his bike on some warmer days. Anybody else out there making people freak out?

With the warm weather yesterday, and the MA having picked the Ariel 3 has the bike of the week, I could not just stand by while the little fellow whinned about being locked up for the winter. Off we went on an hour long excurtion ending up at Bruces' place to see hgow he is mending, but he was not home. IT WAS ABSOLUTLY GREAT. ( The snowmobile suit hwlps a lot!

Hey Matt, I was out yesterday and today. I was out last week, Tuesday. Got a flat. I had to take the bus home. Fixed and brought it home Thursday before the snow came. That's 3 days this year and counting.

Hah... I had to take the ped to work today since there was a meeting this morning and the gear spindle on my bicycle shredded itself into uselessness. Almost didn't make it home, had (I think) fuel line issues or maybe a bit of water in the lines somewhere. After about a half hour of sputtering starts and cursing, it ran fine and I got home after all.

Yeah tomorrow is RIGHT OUT... but I don't think I'll completely re-winterize the bike now that I've seen the kind of weather we keep having.

Took the motorcycle down to Port Dover for the 13th. Short stay and headed back to Caledonia. Cool ride, definitely needed all the gear on and full face helmet. Cheers everyone. {:>)

Freddie, you should come out to Caledonia sometime, lots of good riding roads here. Also could run out to Lake Erie from here but would need a fillup somewhere on the ride.

Hey we could even make it a sanctioned MRA ride. 50 miles or more.

50 miles total? Or one way?

Thats the least to qualify. Not much eh, but you will need me and Rena along to get Regional Rider status with the MRA. Check out the top of the MRA site for the rules fo rides. Cheers to you Freddie.
